Beer lawsuit lawyer appeals his suspension

NASHVILLE Knoxville attorney Herbert S. Moncier, who is representing a Blaine citizens group in a lawsuit over the city’s adoption of an off-premise beer ordinance, can continue to practice law while he appeals his suspension, according to the state’s disciplinary board.
